"If I could leave no stars I would. I was cancelling my policies because premiums went up. The issue is I was told by Brianna I had to send my new policy to her before I could get my refund..HUH .. I sent new cards with dates policy was active. NO wasn't good enough had to have the policy for refund. I was treated rudely by her an very unprofessional an sassy ... I'm waiting for information in writing that this is a requirement!!! Not to mention the reason the policies went up is because State Farm has to pay for roofs...I live in a condo an home owners association pays for that."
